Requesting Refund And Cancellation Of Unauthorized FamRadar Charges

I used the Famradar application for a one-day trial and did not knowingly approve any paid subscription. Despite this, on April 4th, 2026, my card was charged 50 USD without my clear consent. I am located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the transaction was processed in USD. The charge appeared over the Easter weekend, so I could not immediately contact my bank, but I plan to report it to them as well. I only intended to use the 1-day trial, and I did not agree to be billed 50 USD afterwards. I kindly request a full refund of the 50 USD that was charged to my card, the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been started without my explicit approval, and the deletion of my saved card details from your system. I expect written confirmation that these actions have been completed.
Progress
I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of $49 USD from FamRadar on my Bank of St Vincent and the Grenadines card on April 4, 2026. Before this, I had only paid for a trial of the FamRadar location tracking service on my Android phone for a little over $1 USD around March 27, 2026. The trial never worked properly, I did not intend to continue with any subscription, and I believed that it would end without any further charges.
Despite this, FamRadar has now charged me $49 USD as a separate transaction, which I did not approve or expect. I have not been able to find a clear way to contact FamRadar customer support to dispute this payment or cancel whatever subscription they may have started after the trial period.
I request a full refund of the $49 USD that was charged on April 4, 2026, and I also want any FamRadar subscription linked to my card to be cancelled immediately, with written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card in the future.
