Unable to Log In to FamPay Account and Access Emergency Funds

I am a FamPay user from Pune and I am writing because I am not able to log in to my FamPay account on my Android phone. From today, my registered mobile number is not logging in, and because of this I cannot access my account or my money. There is an emergency situation at my home and I urgently need this money, but it is completely stuck in my FamPay account. I want FamPay to help me immediately to log in to my account again and to give me full access to my money. I need both: my money should be released so I can use it, and my FamPay account should start working normally again. I have already tried to contact FamPay customer support, but I did not receive any reply and my problem is still not solved. I request you to treat this as urgent, check my account, fix the login problem, and help me access my funds as soon as possible because of the emergency at my home.
