Fampay Account Locked Due to Old Phone Number – Need Recovery
I have been unable to access my Fampay account because I lost the mobile number registered with it. I lost this number three months ago, and only today realized that I can no longer log in to my account because I no longer have access to that phone number.
Since the registered number is no longer in my possession, I am completely locked out of the app and cannot access or use the balance in my account, which is approximately 400 INR. I use Fampay in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
I kindly request that Fampay assist me in updating the registered mobile number on my account so I can regain access. Alternatively, I ask for a secure identity verification process that would allow me to recover my account and access my balance.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible so I can start using my Fampay account again.
