Please Unban My FamPay Account

I am a student and my FamPay wallet has been temporarily suspended after a transaction of ₹3,999. Someone sent me this amount, and after some days the money was taken back or reversed, and shortly afterward my FamPay wallet was suspended. I did not receive a clear explanation for the suspension and I am unable to use my FamPay account. This situation is causing me serious difficulty as a student. I kindly request that my FamPay account linked to the ID mrinaldah***@fam be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that a clear written explanation be provided about the reason for the suspension and the steps I can take to restore access.
