Olymp Trade Deposit Not Credited After ₹700 UPI Payment from Fampay

On May 1, I made a UPI payment of ₹700 from my Fampay account to deposit funds into my Olymp Trade account. Although more than an hour has passed since the transaction, the money has still not been credited to my Olymp Trade balance, even though the payment was successfully completed on my side.
I attempted to contact support, but I have not received any response regarding the status of this missing deposit. As a result, my funds appear to be stuck between the payment provider and the trading platform, which is causing inconvenience and concern.
I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my ₹700 be either credited to my Olymp Trade account immediately or refunded back to my Fampay account as soon as possible.
