Request To Unblock Fampay Account

I am writing regarding my FamPay account, which has been blocked for about one and a half years. I discovered that my account was blocked when I tried to log in, and since then, I have been unable to access it. When I attempted to log in, I was informed that I should contact suppo**@famapp.in. Due to the account being blocked, I have not been able to use any services linked to it, and I am particularly worried because I had invested in gold through this account. At the moment, I cannot view, access, or manage my gold investment in any way. I request that you urgently review my case, unblock my FamPay account, and restore my full access to it, including my gold investment and any associated balance. If there are any verifications or documents needed from my side, I am ready to provide them so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
