I Have Mistakenly Sent Money To Another Person - Please Refund My Money
I am writing regarding a wrong payment made from my FamPay account, which went to another person by mistake. The transaction ID is FMPIB6104858691 and the amount was 106 (currency as per my FamPay account settings). I do not remember the exact date and time of the transaction, but it was processed successfully and the money was deducted from my account. After realizing the mistake, I contacted FamPay support and requested help to get my money back. However, my request for assistance and refund was refused, and I was not provided with a helpful solution for recovering the amount that was mistakenly sent to another person. I kindly request that FamPay review this transaction again, guide me clearly on the refund or reversal process if possible, and provide any support available to help me recover the 106 that was wrongly transferred.
