FamPay Wrong Transfer of 500 to Unknown User Needs Refund


I am writing regarding a mistaken money transfer made through my FamPay wallet on July 1, 2025, at approximately 01:07 PM. An amount of 500 was accidentally sent to the wrong recipient, and I no longer have any contact information or way to reach that person. The transaction was completed using my FamPay wallet balance, and the transaction ID shown in the app is FMPIB2745386106.
Since this transfer was made in error to an unintended recipient, I kindly request that this transaction be urgently reviewed, traced, and, if technically possible, the full amount of 500 be refunded back to my FamPay wallet. I have not yet contacted FamPay customer support through any other channel and am raising this issue here first. I request that you investigate this mistaken transfer, inform me whether the payment can be reversed or recovered, and guide me on the next steps required to secure a refund.
