Please Give My Money Back!

I am a FamPay user and on 8 June I accidentally transferred ₹100 to an unknown person through the FamPay platform. The reference ID of this mistaken transaction is FMPIB5757339002. I do not know the receiver and the money was sent entirely by mistake. Since this was an unintentional transfer to an unknown account, I request FamPay to investigate this transaction and help me with a reversal so that I can get my ₹100 back if possible. I would appreciate your support and a prompt response regarding the status of this request.
