I Face Wrong FamPay Transfer of ₹2950 and Request Refund
I am writing regarding two mistaken payments I made through FamPay using the scanner feature on April 9 and 10. A total amount of ₹2,950 was deducted from my FamPay wallet balance and was accidentally sent to a person named Chet Ram Mee***.
Both transactions were unintentional, and I only realized the mistake after the money had already been transferred. Since then, I have not been able to recover the amount, and I have not yet contacted customer support through any other channel.
I am requesting that FamPay urgently review these mistaken transactions, investigate the payments made to Chet Ram Mee***, and refund the total amount of ₹2,950 back to my FamPay wallet if possible. I would also appreciate guidance on the necessary steps or documents required to support this request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
