FamPay Wrong UPI Transfers – Refund Request for Accidental Payments

I am writing to report that, in addition to my first wrong UPI transfer on Fampay, I faced multiple similar wrong transfers on the same day. On 20 July 2026, using the Fampay app, I made several UPI transfers by mistake from my Fampay account to the UPI ID bharatpe.8n0u0d7j7o97***@fbpe. In these additional transactions, the amounts of ₹149, ₹84.67 and ₹70 were sent to this same unintended recipient. All these transfers were accidental and were not meant for this person or UPI ID. I kindly request that these UPI transactions be checked and, if possible, reversed, and that the total amounts of ₹149, ₹84.67 and ₹70 be refunded back to my Fampay-linked account. I ask for your support in reviewing these transactions together with my earlier wrong transfer and resolving the issue as soon as possible, and to inform me about the result of your investigation.
