FamPay Wrong Transaction – Money Sent by Mistake

On 1 July 2026 I accidentally sent a payment from my FamX wallet on FamPay to the wrong person. The transaction was made for 85 rupees to the account named Jagdeep S***, with the note “Money paid successfully” and UTR number 654861884726, even though this was not the intended recipient. After realizing my mistake, I contacted FamPay and explained that this transfer was done in error and requested help, but I have not been able to get my money back. I am aware that I entered the wrong details, but I am asking FamPay to support me as a customer and assist in reversing this wrong transaction or refunding the amount back to my FamPay account. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my money be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
