FamPay Wrong Transfer, Refund Request Pending

On 10 July 2026 at around 7 pm, I made a wrong transfer of ₹199.88 on FamPay to a person named Shaukat A***. The payment was done by mistake and I did not intend to complete this transfer in this way. I want this wrong payment to be cancelled and my money to be refunded back to my account. After noticing the issue, I complained but I did not receive any help or refund from FamPay. This situation is upsetting because the money was sent by mistake and I need this amount back. I request FamPay to urgently review this wrong transaction and refund the full amount of ₹199.88 to my account without any further delay.
