FamPay UPI Payment Sent to Wrong Account – Need Help Recovering Funds
On July 12, 2026, I accidentally made a ₹2,000 UPI payment through FamPay to the wrong recipient. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received any clear guidance or a meaningful resolution to my issue. I kindly request that FamPay urgently investigate this incorrect UPI transaction and assist me in recovering my ₹2,000, whether by reversing the transaction, facilitating a refund where possible, contacting the recipient, or advising me on the appropriate official procedure to recover the funds. I would appreciate a prompt and transparent resolution, as the payment was unintentionally sent to the wrong account due to a genuine mistake.
