Wrong Transaction To Wrong Person
I am writing regarding an incorrect UPI transfer that occurred through the FamPay app. On 30 June 2026, I made a UPI payment of ₹2,450 using the FamPay app directly, and the money was unfortunately sent to the wrong recipient. After realizing the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer support, but the response I received was not satisfactory and my issue remains unresolved. I am very concerned because this is a significant amount for me and the error happened while using FamPay’s own application. I request that FamPay take this matter seriously, conduct a detailed check of the transaction, and arrange a refund of ₹2,450 back to my account, or otherwise help recover the money from the incorrect recipient. I expect clear communication and a prompt resolution of this issue.
