FamPay UPI Wrong Transfer - ₹1000 Sent To Wrong Person

I am writing regarding a wrong UPI transaction I made using Fampay. On 2nd April at around 4:08 p.m., I accidentally transferred ₹1000 via UPI to the wrong person. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue and I have also not contacted customer support before this complaint. I request that this transaction be checked and, if possible, the ₹1000 that was wrongly transferred be refunded to my account or that I be guided clearly on what can be done in this situation. I expect a prompt review of this wrong transaction and a clear response on whether the amount can be recovered.
