FamPay Digi Gold Withdrawal Not Working – Money Stuck in Account

On 9 August at around 4:11 am, I purchased DigiGold worth ₹2001.94 on Fampay. Even after more than 48 hours, the gold is still shown as locked in the locker and only ₹1.51 is available to withdraw. I tried to reach Fampay customer support but only received automated replies and no real solution or explanation about why my DigiGold is locked for this long. I request that my full amount of ₹2001.94, along with any applicable tax, be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that you provide a clear explanation for this issue.
