FamPay DigiGold Cannot Sell After 48 Hours

I am using Fampay DigiGold and I purchased Digi Gold worth ₹298 on 20/02/2026. According to the information in the app, it should be possible to sell the gold after 48 hours. However, when I tried to sell it from 23/02/2026 onwards, the app has been continuously showing the message “you can sell it 48 hours after purchase,” and it still does not allow me to sell. Because of this issue, I am unable to access my own money, even though more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase. I urgently need this amount, but the sell option is blocked and the system keeps showing the same message every time I try. I contacted the Fampay support assistant in the app, but it only gave automatic replies and did not provide any useful or relevant solution to my problem. I still have no clear answer on when or how I will be able to sell or get my money back. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either enabling the sell option for my Digi Gold immediately or processing a refund of the ₹298 to my linked account as soon as possible, so that I can access my funds without any further delay.
