Today, an amount of ₹200 was incorrectly charged to my Fampay UPI account by Famapp. I did not intend for this transaction to be made from this account, and the money was debited without my authorization.
I have not yet been able to contact Famapp or Fampay customer support regarding this issue.
I request that the wrongly charged ₹200 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that this unauthorized transaction be fully reversed to prevent any further incorrect deductions.
