Wrong Transaction To Wrong Person
I am writing regarding a wrong money transfer I made using FamPay in India on 24/05/2026. While using the money transfer service, I accidentally sent money to the wrong person and the amount was transferred to an unintended recipient. After realizing the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer service. I received a message stating that my ticket had been created and that I would hear back soon, along with a standard thank-you message. However, my problem has not yet been resolved and the money is still with the wrong recipient. I kindly request that the wrong transaction be investigated and the full amount be refunded to my account, or that the necessary steps be taken to reverse the transfer as much as possible. I expect clear information about the process and a prompt resolution of this issue.
