HONOR Pad X9 Stuck In MagicOS Recovery Loop
I am using an Honor Pad X9 tablet and today, about one hour ago, the device suddenly became unusable due to a persistent MagicOS Recovery loop. I had only set an alarm and left the tablet with the screen turned off for about an hour. When I picked it up, it was unusually warm and the MagicOS Recovery screen was displayed. Since that moment, I have not been able to access the home screen or use the tablet normally. When I select “Restart” in the recovery menu, the device powers off, shows the HONOR logo, briefly displays “Optimizing apps” for a few seconds, then shuts down again and returns to the MagicOS Recovery screen. This cycle repeats every time and I am completely locked out of the system. I also tried the “Wipe cache” option in the MagicOS Recovery menu, but this did not change anything and the restart loop continues in exactly the same way. I have not yet contacted Honor support or visited a service center, because I first wanted to document the issue clearly. I request that this software problem, which appeared suddenly without any unusual use, be examined and resolved as soon as possible, and that my tablet be restored to a fully working state without data loss or any additional cost to me.
