Kwai Not Removing Stolen Personal Photos
My sister’s photos were taken without permission and shared on the Kwai platform by an account named “oexpo896,” as if they were that person’s own pictures. The distribution of these photos without our knowledge or consent is a violation of privacy and has caused us significant emotional distress. We discovered this yesterday, and the situation is still ongoing.
After noticing this, I reported the account and the posts through the platform and followed the necessary steps. However, I have not received any assistance, and the issue has not been resolved. The account remains active, and the photos continue to be shared.
I am requesting that Kwai management immediately remove all photos of my sister that were shared without permission, permanently close the account named “oexpo896,” and provide us with an official and clear response regarding this process. I ask that this serious violation be treated with urgency and resolved as quickly as possible.
