Fakir Drywind Blowing Hot Air

I purchased the Fakir Drywind moisture absorber model to solve the temperature and humidity issues in my son's room. The problem is that the motor of the machine emits air that is so hot that it makes the room difficult to breathe in. I was given a window of opportunity to return the product of a duration of fourteen days; however, I was also informed that the costs of shipping would be my responsibility. They went so far as to say that in order for them to accept the product for return, it had to be in perfect condition and free of any scratches. I am very dissatisfied, not only with the product itself but also with the company, Vigor, from which I purchased it.
