I Want Facebook to Restore My “Seda Boncuk” Rescue Account

My name is Seda Nurdan K****, and I am an animal rescue volunteer living in Konya, Turkey. On April 17, 2026, my Facebook account named “Seda Boncuk” was permanently disabled due to alleged “account integrity” and “community standards violations.” I was informed that I had no right to appeal the decision, that I could not submit identification or additional documents, and I am currently unable to access the appeal form.
The “Seda Boncuk” account is not a fake account. “Boncuk” is the name of my first rescue cat, who survived FIP after 84 days of treatment, and I used this account to organize and manage my volunteer rescue activities, treatment updates, and pet adoption efforts.
My personal Facebook account already exists under my real name, “Seda Nurdan K****.” The disabled account was created solely to separate my volunteer rescue work from my private life. It was never used for fraud, commercial gain, impersonation, or any malicious purpose. Both my rescue cat, Boncuk, and I appear together in the profile and cover photos of the account.
Because this account was disabled, I can no longer reach the support network I built for many rescued cats currently receiving treatment in veterinary clinics across Konya, including injured and FIP-positive cats. I relied on this account to organize food donations, treatment support, rescue coordination, and adoption processes. As a result of the account closure, the medical care, daily support, and adoption opportunities for these animals have been seriously disrupted, causing hardship both for me and for me depending on this network.
I respectfully request that my “Seda Boncuk” Facebook account be carefully reviewed and restored. If there is a concern related to Facebook’s naming policy, I would also accept changing the account name to “Seda Nurdan K**** (Boncuk Rescue)” or merging the account with my personal Facebook profile if necessary.
I kindly ask for my account to be reactivated and for Facebook to provide me with clear information regarding the appeal process and the reason for the restriction.
