I Face Facebook Recovery Issue After Hacker Added Fake Identity

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my personal Facebook account associated with the email address danisoare1****@gmail.com. On August 25, 2024, my account was hacked by another individual, and after I attempted to recover it, the account ended up being blocked.

During the recovery process, Facebook asked me to upload a photo of my passport for identity verification. However, it appears that the person who hacked my account has already uploaded their own identification document, meaning the information currently on file no longer belongs to me. As a result, I am unable to verify my identity through the standard process, even though the email address linked to the account is still mine.

I kindly request that this case be reviewed, that the unauthorized person’s information be removed from my account, and that I be allowed to regain access to my personal profile based on the correct and original details, especially my email address danisoare1****@gmail.com.

I also request that my account be unblocked, secured under my ownership, and that the individual who hacked it no longer has any access or control over it.
