My Facebook account under the profile name “qnko demirov” was hacked on June 26, 2025, and since then I have completely lost access to it. The attacker changed the phone number linked to the account, and currently only the hacker can log in while my access is fully blocked.
Before this incident, the account was registered with the email address kosachab***@gmail.com and was actively used by me in Bulgaria, in the city of Dulgopol. After the hack, I attempted all available recovery options, including the “Forgot Password” and “My Account Was Hacked” processes, as well as other support forms, but none of these attempts helped me regain access.
I have not received any meaningful support or even a case number from Facebook regarding this issue. My request is for Facebook to restore my access to the account, remove the phone number and any other contact details added by the hacker, and secure the account with stronger protection measures to prevent unauthorized access in the future.
I respectfully ask that this case be investigated, that my identity as the rightful owner of the “qnko demirov” account be verified, and that I be assisted in recovering access as soon as possible.
