Unable to Access FaceApp After Phone Change

I subscribed to FaceApp for a year, but after switching to a new phone two months later, I can no longer access my account. The only option is to create a new account, which is completely frustrating. There’s no way to reach support either. I’m worried because in a few months, FaceApp will charge me another ₺1000 for a service I can’t even use right now. This isn’t fair, and I need this issue resolved immediately so I can access my account and avoid further charges.
