Unauthorized FaceApp Subscription Charge on My Phone Bill
Even though my 20-day free trial for the FaceApp application on my iPhone had not yet ended, an annual subscription was started without my consent and $23 was billed in a single charge to my Türk Telekom mobile line. I do not recall approving this on any screen, and I absolutely do not accept this transaction.
Since I could not find a customer service phone number for FaceApp, I have been unable to speak with anyone. Being charged for a full annual subscription without my knowledge while my free trial was still active is both misleading and harmful.
For this reason, I demand that the annual subscription started through FaceApp be canceled immediately and that the full $23 charged to my mobile line be refunded.
