Eyezy Charged Me After I Requested Cancellation—No Way to Cancel Subscription
Yesterday, I accidentally purchased a one-day Eyezy package. To prevent further charges, I immediately sent an email the same day requesting to cancel my subscription. Despite my clear request, Eyezy still charged me ₺465 without my consent.
I am now requesting a full refund of this unauthorized charge. What makes the situation worse is that there is no visible option to cancel a subscription anywhere in the app or on the website. This lack of transparency and control is incredibly frustrating and feels deliberately misleading.
Eyezy must stop charging users after cancellation requests are made and provide a proper, accessible cancellation process. I demand an immediate refund and confirmation that my subscription has been canceled permanently.
