Eyezy Charged Me Twice Without Consent and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription
The Eyezy app withdrew two separate payments of ₺460 from my bank card without my knowledge or permission. I had mistakenly saved my card information in the app, and somehow it resulted in an automatic subscription—something I never intentionally agreed to.
Now I want to cancel the subscription, but there’s no clear option to do so, and no one is offering support. I’ve searched everywhere in the app, and it’s incredibly confusing and unhelpful. I don’t understand how this app even works, and I certainly didn’t agree to pay for something I didn’t intend to use.
I demand that both unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that my subscription be fully canceled. This app has caused me stress, financial loss, and zero value in return. Someone from Eyezy needs to fix this now.
