Eyezy Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription or Refund

I subscribed to Eyezy on December 13, 2024, and I now want to cancel my membership. However, there is absolutely no clear option or guidance anywhere on how to cancel the subscription. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating and feels intentionally deceptive.

I urgently request that my Eyezy subscription be canceled and that the amount of ₺334.12 be refunded to my account. I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible—ideally immediately. If I do not receive a prompt response and refund, I will file a formal complaint through the necessary legal and consumer protection channels.

Eyezy must respect user rights and provide a clear, accessible cancellation process and refund unauthorized charges without delay.
