Expertchat AI Charged Me After Cancellation, Requesting Refund

I had an Expertchat AI subscription, which I used for two months and then canceled. I sent an email on July 29 requesting cancellation, but the subscription was not canceled and another payment was taken from my account. Even though I canceled, the fee was still charged. I am requesting that this issue be resolved, my subscription fully canceled, and the withdrawn amount refunded.
