I have been unable to publish the listing for my property, Turquoise Hostel in Bucharest, Romania, on Expedia for more than two months. This process started on November 20, 2025, and as of January 15, 2026, the issue is still unresolved. Even though I completed the property registration and entered all the required information into the system, my listing has never been activated.
During this time, I tried every possible way to contact Expedia, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and other support channels, but I never received any concrete response. The representatives I spoke with left the process unfinished, I could not find a clear point of contact, and the entire process has remained unresolved and suspended.
At this point, I no longer expect a solution from Expedia. Therefore, I request that all records and property information related to Turquoise Hostel be completely and permanently removed from Expedia’s systems.
I also request written confirmation once this deletion has been completed, and I want to ensure that my property and its details will not appear anywhere on the Expedia platform.
