EWA Subscription Cancellation: R$199 BB Credit Card Charges & Refund

I am writing to report that I no longer wish to use the Ewa application, but I continue to be charged on my BB credit card bill. Since last quarter, the amount of R$199 has been charged to my credit card as Ewa service. I contacted BB and was informed that I need to cancel directly with Ewa, but I do not want to use this service anymore and I want these charges to stop. I request the immediate cancellation of my Ewa account and any linked subscription, and that no further amounts be charged to my BB credit card. I also kindly ask for a refund of the amounts of R$199 that have already been charged, since I no longer wish to use the application.
