EWA London Charged $19 Every Month After I Canceled My Subscription

I canceled my subscription to the EWA London app through the app in April and completely closed my account. Despite this, I discovered that approximately $19 has continued to be charged to my payment card without my authorization every month since I canceled the subscription.

I do not accept being charged on a recurring basis even though I had already terminated my subscription. I contacted my bank regarding the issue, but I have not contacted the company directly.

I request that EWA London immediately and permanently terminate the subscription I canceled and fully refund all amounts that have been charged to my card since April.
