Stuck on "Save and Continue" at Etsy Sign Up

I'm having a lot of trouble with the payment setup process, but I'm really looking forward to starting my Etsy business. No matter how many banks I add from the "Accepted Payments" column, it still doesn't appear to be recognized. Despite clicking "Save and Continue," I am unable to get out of this endless loop.

This problem still exists after I cleared my browser's cache, restarted my computer, and refreshed the website. I'm really confused and don't know how to start my Etsy store.
