Trouble Redeeming My Prepaid Laser Hair Removal Sessions at Estetik International

In 2019, I purchased a 6-session, 4-area laser hair removal package from Estetik International. When I bought the package, the representative assured me that there was no time limit and that any unused sessions could be redeemed at any time. However, when I called in 2023 to schedule an appointment, Estetik International's patient rights department informed me that my package had expired and that I could no longer use the remaining sessions. I emailed Estetik International to address this issue but received no response. I mentioned that I am a government employee when purchasing the package and could not complete all the sessions. I would like to use the remaining sessions that I have paid for.
