Estée Lauder Won’t Restore My Locked Account

My Estée Lauder account has been locked, and I can no longer log in. I have approximately 24,000 gift points and accumulated free gifts in my account. Customer service told me they would save my current points and gifts, delete my account, and then have me create a new account. However, they never took any action.

I still cannot access my account, and I am unable to purchase the products I regularly use. I am also missing the deadlines for current promotions because of this unresolved account issue. I want this problem to be fixed as soon as possible.

I absolutely do not want my existing points or free gifts to be lost. I request that Estée Lauder urgently restore access to my account or provide a clear solution that fully preserves my 24,000 points and all accumulated gifts.
