Estée Lauder Eye Cream Triggered Redness and Swelling

I purchased the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream from Estée Lauder’s official website and used it regularly, morning and night, for about three weeks. After I started using it, I developed serious redness, itching, swelling under my eyes, dryness, and an appearance that almost looked like a stye around my eye area.

Because of these symptoms, I went to a doctor and was told it looked like a condition similar to eye eczema. At first, I thought the problem might not be caused by the cream, so I stopped using it and waited for my eye area to recover. After my eyes improved, I applied the same cream again, and the area under my eyes became red, swollen, itchy, and dry all over again. After this repeated reaction, I realized the issue was caused by the Estée Lauder eye cream.

I purchased the product on May 6, 2026, from Estée Lauder’s official website under order number 7047449357. Experiencing this kind of sensitivity and discomfort from such an expensive product from a brand I considered trustworthy has caused me both health-related and financial inconvenience.

Due to this negative experience, I clearly state that I am not satisfied with the product and that it caused harm to my eye area. I request a refund of the product price. I also ask that this product be properly reviewed and that other customers experiencing similar issues be taken seriously.
