Estée Lauder Eye Cream Caused Severe Irritation

I purchased the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel-Creme eye care product from Estée Lauder’s official website on April 10, 2026, under order number 7034927323. I started using the product on May 12, 2026, applying it once a day only at night before going to sleep. Before using this product, I had never experienced any allergic reaction, eczema, or similar skin issue around my eye area.

Within a short time, I developed eczema-like marks, serious irritation, and sensitivity around my eyes. Because of this discomfort, I had to see a doctor on May 15, 2026, and began treatment with cortisone creams. Experiencing such a severe reaction in a sensitive area like the eye contour negatively affected me both physically and emotionally.

I am deeply disappointed to experience this kind of result from a high-end brand like Estée Lauder, which I purchased with trust. I request that the product be dermatologically reviewed in detail, that I receive a clear explanation regarding the issue I experienced, that the product price be refunded, and that my inconvenience be properly addressed.
