Estée Lauder Credit Card Charged Without Order Confirmation

On September 19, I wanted to purchase the Night serum and eye cream from Estée Lauder. I paid by credit card, and my bank transaction details show a charge of $235 through iyzico/ELCA Kozmetik dated September 19, 2026. However, I was told that no order was created or recorded in the system.

If this amount was charged to my card despite there being no order record, I request either an immediate full refund or that the same products be shipped to me under the same promotional terms. I have been a customer of this brand for years, and I do not want to experience this kind of inconvenience.

I request that the payment and the issue I have experienced be investigated urgently, that I receive a clear explanation, and that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
