Estée Lauder Charged $264 Without Creating an Order

I attempted to make two separate purchases on Estée Lauder’s official website on September 18 and September 19, 2026, with each purchase totaling approximately $132. Although the payments were charged by my bank under the name ELCA Kozmetik for both attempts, no order number was generated on the website, and there is no record of either a successful or failed order in my account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted Estée Lauder customer service, and I was told that they had initiated refund processes for the payments. However, despite some time having passed, neither refund has been credited back to my card. The payments have been charged, I have no orders, and as a result, I am unable to complete my purchase.

I was able to shop on the same website without any problems in June, so experiencing this issue now, particularly during a promotional period, has caused me both financial and personal inconvenience. I request that both payments, totaling approximately $264, be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that the necessary technical issue be urgently resolved so I can place my order without problems before the promotion ends.
