Unauthorized Epic Games Transaction on My Credit Card

Despite never having made any membership or purchase on Epic Games, I noticed approximately 30 minutes ago that $12 had been charged to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears on my card statement as "Epic Games/EPC," with no indication of which game or product was purchased.
Since this transaction was made without my knowledge, I immediately canceled my card and also noticed that multiple additional charge attempts followed in quick succession. I have taken all necessary security measures and have a copy of the card transaction slip in my possession.
I am requesting that Epic Games urgently investigate this unauthorized transaction and refund the $12 charged to my card. I also ask that any unauthorized use or security vulnerability associated with my account be reviewed and that I be informed of the findings.
