On September 11, 2025, I purchased Valorant VP through the Epinsultan website using my Ziraat Bankası debit card. Although the payment went through, I was told shortly after that the amount would be refunded. However, the ₺570 has still not been returned to my account. Even after more than half an hour, no refund has appeared on my card statement. Valorant support directed me to contact GPay, but I have not received any response from them either. I experienced a similar issue in the past where the refund was eventually processed, but this time I have been left without a solution. When I contacted Epinsultan customer service, they said they could not help me and that nothing could be done. I demand that my grievance be resolved immediately and that the ₺570 payment be refunded to my account without further delay.
