I purchased GTA V through Epic Games, completed all installations, installed the Rockstar Games Launcher, and logged into all required accounts without any issues. However, despite all of this, the game will not launch at all. Even though GTA V appears to be running in Epic Games, the game never actually opens, and I am completely unable to play it.
I bought the game on November 30 and first tried to launch it on December 2. When it didn’t open, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, then tried multiple times again the following day, but the result did not change. I contacted Epic Games Support and followed every step they suggested one by one, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. When I tried to contact support again, I was unable to receive help via either email or live chat. I keep getting “something went wrong” errors and can’t even submit a new support request.
I also contacted Rockstar Games Support and followed all of their instructions completely, but there was still no change—the game still won’t launch. Both the game not working and being unable to reach Epic Games support again have left me exhausted and unfairly affected.
The invoice ID for this transaction in my Epic Games account is A1074212683. Since I have tried every possible solution without success, I request that my GTA V purchase be canceled and a full refund be issued.
