I am absolutely certain that I was logged into the correct Epic Games account when making these purchases. I checked my account and verified that both payments were successfully processed and listed as completed in my transaction history. However, despite the transactions going through, the V-Bucks have not appeared in my Fortnite account. I waited for several hours after the purchases in case there was a delay in the V-Bucks being credited, but nothing has shown up.
