Epic Games Did Not Deliver My V Bucks After Purchase
I recently purchased V-Bucks on my phone—specifically, two separate transactions of 1,000 V-Bucks each. I am absolutely certain that I was logged into the correct Epic Games account when making these purchases. I checked my account and verified that both payments were successfully processed and listed as completed in my transaction history. However, despite the transactions going through, the V-Bucks have not appeared in my Fortnite account. I waited for several hours after the purchases in case there was a delay in the V-Bucks being credited, but nothing has shown up. I also tried restarting the app and logging out and back into my Epic account, but the issue still persists. I even deleted and reinstalled Fortnite to see if that would trigger the V-Bucks to appear—unfortunately, that didn’t help either.
