Epic Games Charged Me for Destiny 2 Silver but Never Delivered It

I made three separate purchases for Destiny 2 Silver through Epic Games on December 19, January 20, and January 24. Each purchase was for 3,500 Destiny 2 Silver, and about $3 was charged to my card for each transaction, for a total of $10. However, none of these three purchases were credited to my Epic account, and my Silver balance in the game did not increase. I have made many similar purchases in the past without any issues, but the last three purchases were never delivered.

After the issue occurred, I contacted Epic Games support, and they told me that the payments and deliveries were completed on their end and that if the content did not appear in my account, I should contact the game developer. When I contacted the developer, they said the delivery might not have been completed and advised me to contact the store—Epic Games—to request a refund. When I contacted Epic Games again, they said they could not issue refunds for these transactions and attempted to close the case.

At the moment, I cannot see the products I purchased in my account, and the $10 I paid has not been refunded. Even though there appears to be a clear issue in Epic Games’ store or delivery process, the support team is not addressing the problem and is leaving the customer stuck between two parties. I request that either the three purchases of 3,500 Destiny 2 Silver be properly credited to my Destiny 2 account, or that the full $10 I paid for these transactions be refunded.
