Enterprise Rent a Car Used Car Purchase Disappointment
I recently purchased a used car from Enterprise. After inspecting the vehicle at the Beykoz branch, they assured me that they would address existing issues such as a cracked windshield (requiring replacement), damaged hood (needing repainting), brake inspection, and front bumper adjustment before delivery. Trusting their word, I proceeded with the payment, assuming the car was in the service for repairs. That turned out to be our biggest mistake.
Upon delivery 15 days later, we discovered that the car had several unresolved issues:
Missing rear trunk carpet
Poorly painted hood with thick putty covering the hood line
Paint residue on plastic parts
Problems with window operation
Cracked windshield
Tire pressure warning and worn-out tires
Non-delivery of spare key
Not only did they fail to deliver the car within the agreed timeframe, but they also presented us with a litany of unresolved issues. This experience with Enterprise, a company that presents itself as corporate in the used car sector but fails to fulfill its commitments, has been extremely disappointing. Don't be deceived by their corporate image and seemingly attractive prices. I hope these issues will be resolved promptly with a professional solution.
