As an Enpara customer, I have been trying for approximately 15 days to deposit USD cash through different ATMs in both Ankara and Safranbolu, but none of the machines accept the transaction. Despite repeated attempts, the ATMs do not allow USD cash deposits at all.
When I contacted the bank regarding this issue, I was told that nothing could be done, and the problem continues without any resolution. This situation causes customers to be directly inconvenienced due to outdated and inadequate ATM machines.
I request that Enpara provide an alternative and practical solution for USD cash deposits, urgently resolve my issue, and ensure that this ATM-related problem is permanently fixed so that customers are no longer affected.
