Eneba Seller Scam: WinOLS 5.7 Paid 145$ for Free Link, Refund Needed
My complaint is about a seller I dealt with through Eneba regarding the WinOLS 5.7 program. I found this seller’s advert on Facebook, where he clearly claimed to sell a full, lifetime‑activated WinOLS 5.7 version. When I contacted him via WhatsApp, he told me that instead of 400 dollars he would reduce the price and sell me the complete, fully activated program with nothing missing for 75 dollars. During our conversation I explained very clearly that I already have an official account on the WinOLS website, that I own an old paid version and that I also have the new free version. I sent him screenshots to prove this and stated that I did not need a free copy, but a full, paid, lifetime WinOLS 5.7 version exactly as he advertised. He confirmed that if I paid him, he would perform all installation and activation for a complete lifetime version. I also have WhatsApp screenshots that show his WinOLS 5 offer and his contact details. Trusting his promises, I paid him 75 dollars on 19/8/2026, and then two further payments of 50 and 20 dollars on 20/8/2026, in total 145 dollars, through Eneba. Despite this, I did not receive any working full, lifetime‑activated WinOLS 5.7 license or program. Instead, he only sent me a free link that I already had access to before, which has no value for me compared to the full paid product he had promised. In this way he clearly broke our agreement and did not deliver what he had sold me. When I objected and reminded him of our agreement, the seller replied in an insulting and irresponsible way, telling me to “go look for your money wherever you want,” and then he blocked me on WhatsApp. He added me to his WhatsApp group while we were dealing, and after I complained he removed me from the group as well. Because I was afraid this was a fraud and that my card details might be misused, I even changed the original bank card I used for these payments. I have screenshots, a screen‑recorded copy of the one‑time video he sent and Eneba payment confirmations as proof of what happened and to clearly show the advert and our conversations. I feel that I have been clearly deceived and financially exploited through Eneba’s platform, and that this dishonest seller is harming the platform and its customers. I kindly request that Eneba refund all the money I paid, totalling 145 dollars, and take the necessary action against this seller so that he cannot deceive other customers in the same way.
